In HexRun your rivals are your neighbours. Compete hard on the map, be decent on the street.
1. Run honestly
- Play on your own feet only, running or walking. No bikes, scooters, cars or public transport.
- No fake locations, edited recordings, second accounts or passing cells to a friend.
- If a loop goes to review, be patient; GPS gets things wrong sometimes. You can always add context.
2. Never follow anyone
- Don't use the game to find someone's home, routine or whereabouts. Don't try to work out privacy zones.
- Don't wait for, watch or confront a rival in real life. Duels stay on the map.
- Don't share other people's names, photos or personal details.
3. Respectful names and content
Usernames, display names and team names are public. They must not contain:
- Hate speech or slurs based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age
- Harassment, threats, insults or glorification of violence
- Sexual content, drugs or illegal activity
- Impersonation of another person, a brand or the HexRun team
- Ads, links, spam or contact details
4. Share the street
- Follow traffic rules; give way to pedestrians, children and animals.
- Stay out of private property, closed parks and restricted areas.
- Don't block pavements on group runs; keep it quiet at night.
5. Reporting and blocking
Use Report or Block on a player's profile. A blocked player can't see you in friends lists or the feed. If someone is in immediate danger, call the local emergency number first (112 in Türkiye and the EU). For anything else, see support.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity: a warning, a forced change of name or team name, reverting the loops or cells involved, removal from rankings, temporary suspension or permanent closure. Stalking, threats and endangering others lead straight to permanent closure. You can appeal via support. Details: Terms of use.
